Throughout the summer, Naturéo offers a variety of fitness classes: thighs-abs-glutes (TAG), body sculpt, circuit training, stretching, cardio training, gentle gymnastics… not to mention aquagym, Pilates, yoga, and the opportunity for a run along the ocean or through the forest. Classes are free, led by fitness professionals, and range from 45 minutes to 1 hour in dedicated spaces.

Thighs-Abs-Glutes (TAG) Classes

Can I Register for Unlimited Classes?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of classes you can sign up for. However, please cancel your reservation if you can’t attend. We also recommend adjusting your workout frequency according to your age, fitness level, and physical condition.

What Should I Wear and Bring?

We provide all necessary equipment, including mats. You just need to bring a suitable sports outfit, a towel, and a reusable water bottle (of course! 😉).

Tips for Combining Fitness with Vacation

Before Your Workout
