Loved our stay. It’s a perfect family holiday with everything you could possible want. Only comment would be better pillows and bedside lights. It would be a perfect finishing touch.

We loved our stay at natureo. We are committed to a more sustainable way of living and decided to use public transport to get around, arriving from San Sebastián by bus. I would have appreciated more info on the natureo website on how to get there by public transport rather than assuming holiday makers will arrive by car. It took me a long time to work out how to do it from Bayonne having never been there before and not being a french speaker. On arrival the lady at reception could not believe we didn’t have a car and repeatedly asked us for registration details for ‘when our car arrived’ and showed us our parking space! She expressed how surprising it was to arrive with no car. We worked out the local free bus service which was great. Please could you promote these wonderful more sustainable travel options to holiday makers and perhaps contribute to a reduction in car use associated with your resort. Also removing plastic straws and plastic balls for sale would feel more eco-friendly. So many little details could be improved to promote more eco-principles. A couple of other things that would have made our stay better. We were told that we could arrange all our activities on the Sunday evening welcome session. We arrived promptly at 6 to discover that surf school and bikes were all sold out already. We found alternatives but it was frustrating at the time. Overall we had a totally wonderful time but would love to see an eco resort more fully embrace the principles of sustainability. We will definitely return (by bike or bus 😊).

More bikes available for hire.
Remove the “no boardshorts” rule in the pool.
Build a tennis court 😊

Great site and location. Bit more info on the activities available (unfortunately we missed the welcome speech).
Would be good if the shop had a few more healthy options (other than chocolate cereal etc).
Great bar area, swimming pool and activities, loved our accommodation and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

The last night (aug 3 th 2019) was very noisy (DJ playing somewhere), so had almost no sleep before needing to drive for 10hours. Very disturbing when the camping is promoting silince...

Shouting, chanting, loud music from the bar area every night until early hours of the morning making it difficult to sleep. We've been to many campsites in Europe and never had this before. Sadly this is the main souvenir we will take away with us of the campsite and surrounding area,.
